Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns.

To qualify for a return:

• Jewellery must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (box and pouch included)
• If a set is bought, the entire set must be returned not just one individual item

All below items are non-returnable:

• Worn jewellery or damaged pieces
• Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment

Azure Lee aims to source high quality materials for our pieces. We mostly sell sterling silver and stainless steel pieces, which are gold plated. As gold plated jewellery can tarnish, we have made sure that our gold pieces are PVD. This ensures that the pieces last longer with a durable coating than normal gold plating pieces.
